Privacy notice

This describes what Duya Labs collects through this website, why, and how long it is kept. Duya Labs is a trading name of Arthur Kitandwe, who is responsible for this data. Questions go to hello@duyalabs.xyz.

The contact form and email

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the option you chose for what it is about, your message and, if you give one, your organisation. If you email hello@duyalabs.xyz directly, we receive your email.

We use it for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We do not sell it, do not share it for marketing, and do not add you to a mailing list.

Form messages, and email sent to hello@duyalabs.xyz, are delivered to the inbox of Arthur Kitandwe through Cloudflare Email Routing. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting project needs them, and deleted when they do not.

Anti-abuse measures

To stop automated submissions, the contact endpoint applies a rate limit keyed on the requesting IP address, and includes a hidden field that only automated clients fill in. The IP address is used briefly for that check and is not stored with your message.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage.

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

Analytics

Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. No page-view or interaction data is collected or sent to any third party.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network, which processes request data such as IP address in order to serve pages, provide TLS and protect against attack. That processing is a necessary part of delivering any website.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@duyalabs.xyz or use the contact form.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, this page changes with it. It describes current behaviour, not intentions.
