The job it does
A traveller wants to find a lodge or campsite in Uganda and ask for dates; the lodge needs to answer those requests without ever double-booking.
What was built
Search and stay pages, a booking-request flow, and a staff console that offers only valid status changes and records each one. Overlapping bookings are refused by a database constraint.

- A staff console to confirm, cancel or expire requests, with each change recorded

Limits
- Every lodge, price and rating is invented demo data, not a real business
- No online payment: bookings are requests
